At times, life’s challenges can become too overwhelming to navigate on one’s own. The primary goal of therapy is to gain the insight and understanding needed to enable you to make healthier decisions for yourself and/or family. The process of therapy requires a commitment to explore what may be difficult issues in you personal and family life. My responsibility as your counselor is to provide support, knowledge, and insight throughout your process of growth and change. Upon the successful completion of counseling, you should feel able to face life’s future challenges without my support or intervention.

To schedule a meet and greet session, give me a call at 252-352-0522.
